Chemical and Petroleum Engineering HVAC

Project Description: The Chemical and Petroleum Engineering (CPE) HVAC project was originally designed to address ongoing humidity issues inside CPE and provide an improved level of temperature and humidity to support research. Four outside air handling units were installed to pre-treat the air and distribute it to the various spaces throughout the building. External ductwork was installed as part of the project to better distribute the treated air and improve the pressurization of the spaces.

Project Cost: $9.5M

Project Completion: Phase 1-2, March 2021
