PMCS has the institutional responsibility to evaluate, repair and/or replace major building systems across campus such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical systems, the building envelope (windows, roofs), fire and life safety protection and other code related aspects of buildings and campus infrastructure. We take a proactive approach to regularly evaluate systems conditions, develop future strategies for addressing needs, leverage project opportunities to bundle scope, and quickly respond when emergencies arise. Our goal is to keep building systems working effectively, so campus operations are not impacted or disturbed.
